Every effort is made to ensure the information on this Site is accurate. However, and especially while this Site remains under development, we must reserve the right to correct pricing and shipping and handling charges due to technical reasons. We will, of course, notify you in the event corrections are necessary.

Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is a priority for us and although we do everything possible prior to sale to avoid problems following, we understand that there will be times when returns are necessary or desired.

Unless otherwise stated in a respective advertisement, we generally accept returns provided they are made using a Return Material Authorization (RMA) issued by us. RMAs are used to authorize returns, control the flow of material and documentation to and throughout our facility, and enable us to process credits, refunds and replacements in as efficient a manner as possible. As a result, we are not able to accept returns made without an RMA.

If there is need or want to arrange a return, please contact us and we will assist accordingly. This is preferably done through the returns system that is part of this Site. To use this feature, login to your Account, find the order using the "Complete Orders" link, click its "Return Item(s)" button, select the items and quantities you would like to return, the reason for the return and the action you would like us to take, and click "Submit Return Request". We will notify you via e-mail of the status of your request, follow with any additional instructions, and again once your return has actually been received and processed by us.

Depending on the nature and or reason of a return, restocking and / or other charges may apply. 

Electrical parts are generally not returnable across our industry.  We will make every effort to get approval from the manufacturer in these instances.  Credit will not be applied for such items until the manufacturer has issued approval.  In some cases, the item will need to be inspected by the manufacturer prior to a credit being issued.  

Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, there are restrictions on some products, additional charges for product classified as hazardous, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations as dictated by them.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and we attempt to include the net (less packing material) weight of any such item on its detail page. Some items and shipments are rated based on their volume (size) which can impact the final shipping charges along with other factors.

All weights are rounded up to the next full pound and do not include the weight of packing material so final packed weight may vary from the total of the listed unit weights. All shipments are finally rated based on the greater value of either actual weight or volume weight.

Depending on the nature of the product, logistics can pose circumstances more complicated than can be effectively included here. But we excel in this area and are able to assist with the best method of packing as well as the best method of moving the product once packed. We may contact you with input in your best interest regarding a particular order shipment and ask that you feel free to contact us with any questions regarding your shipments, especially for larger orders with regards to size or weight, and especially when the order is to an international destination.

You may contact us prior to placing an order, or after placing your order but prior to your making a payment, so we can discuss and agree on what is best for your unique situation.

Further, fulfillment of orders placed for product of mixed brands may require shipping from more than one location which often results in additional freight charges. We will attempt to modify these types of orders in order to fill and ship them in the most effecient and cost effective manner. If you do not want this done, or you have any concerns regarding this, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order.
